Great location for the price, close to malls and plenty of restaurants, with a wide selection of breakfast options.

Rooms were very clean. Easy check-in and out.

Faucet in bath tub leaked. Had to keep door closed to keep the sound at bay.

The location is great, just next door to a plaza with lots of restaurants, malls, and the highway. Queen Street Corridor district deserves your time and attention.

I did love that there was a breakfast in the morning. That was one of the reasons I picked this hotel. The room was very nice and the bed comfortable.

The pillows could have been a little bit firmer. But that is all personal preference. Also when I was in the bathroom I did see a weird crawling bug and it was kind of gross.

The room was nicely decorated and had a modern vibe, which was nice. It was also convenient being on the main floor. The location was pretty central, right by the highway, making it easy to get around 🚗. The hotel staff were friendly and made us feel welcome.

Because of the amount of luggage we had they switched us to the ground floor which was awesome. We had a lot of equipment and with no elevator it would have been brutal. Staff was pleasant and helpful!

There was no do not disturb sign, nor a sign for no housekeeping and at 8 am on a Saturday morning, housekeeping was knocking on the door. Also, the door key card did not work very well and had to take it back for reprogramming. (as did other guests)

The staff here are very polite and helpful. the hotel is quiet and located in a great area. - the Queen room on the main level was comfortable. - It's in a fantastic location, close to industrial areas. - Just a short 10-minute drive to a large shopping mall, which is convenient. - this is my top choice for accommodation in Brampton.

Comfortable and nice room for the money

Room was kept clean. Nice and quiet at night for sleeping.

No elevator to help carry bags upstairs. However the night clerk kindly changed our reservation to first floor room. Big help for 83 year old.

The staff was consistently courteous and pleasant. The location was perfect, near the airport, Brampton, and malls.- It was very close to the highway.
